Michal Studzinski MSc Eng, CEng MIEI
Managing Director

Awarded a Masters degree in Engineering from the Poznan University of Technology specialising in Underground Structures and Chartered by the Irish Institute of Engineers.  Michal has delivered major underground projects such as the Poznan mines in Poland, as well as road bridges and other large scale structures.  Since moving to Ireland he has created some very exciting residential solutions, with the likes of Burroughs consulting Engineers.  Passionate about structures, Michal regards each project as a personal challenge. 
Married to Sylwia with two sons, Michal has a deep passion for scuba diving and salt water Aquaria.

Michael Spratt BE, MBA CEng MIEI
Marketing Director

A graduate in Engineering from UCD and with an MBA from the University of Strathclyde in Scotland. Michael has worked all over Europe, Africa and the Middle East on many large-scale complex projects, with very demanding time-lines.  As the Marketing Director, Michael has a special interest in letting people know what great possibilities lie under their feet. 
Married to Susie, with 3 daughters, Michael teaches philosophy for fun.
