If you are serious about extending your home with a basement we can work with you to develop a design. This design is held is a special architectural software package so that you can see what you will be living in, long before we start work. You can even walk through your new home with our virtual walk through feature.

We developed two possible scenarios for a medium sized basement under the rear of this house. The first scenario shows a basement room underneath the rear of the house with its own entrance and a sunken patio. This bright addition to the house would be suitable as an own door office or studio apartment or just extra room in the main house.

The second option is built under the garden instead of under the house. This scenario gives the option of adding massive roof lights to flood the basement room with light. This would be particularly suitable for a playroom or studio. Again there is a separate entrance so the basement could be used or rented out separately from the main house as well as being an integral part of a large home if required.

These drawings are just a small sample of the type of work which we do with our clients. Naturally these visualisations can be shown on a laptop in the comfort of your home so you can explore them fully.
