Before hand:
A basement can be a fantastic addition to a home and can be a very valuable investment. But it should not be undertaken lightly. You should be satisfied that you can answer yes to these questions:
- Do you own the property freehold or do you need agreement from others?
- Are you prepared for the inconvenience?
- Can you afford it?
- Is your house in a conservation area?
First contact:
Get in touch! Lets us know that you are interested via e-mail, fax, phone, or our contact-us form.

Phone chat:
As a first step we discuss your project over the phone and get a feel for your requirements, budgets and time-scales.
Site visit:
We visit your property, discuss your requirements in depth, review any plans you may already have and suggest an indicative price for your project.
Quotation:
Following our visit we will deliver a quotation to you within two weeks.
Detailed Specification (Major Works):
If the price and product is to your requirements we arrange a detailed survey and prepare a specification. At this stage we require a deposit payment towards the design fee. We normally need to undertake trial digs and start the detailed structural design process.
Design review and budget adjustments:
Once the drawings and specification are ready we sit down with you to firm up the detail of the project and make any last minute adjustments.
Contract Sign-off:
A
at this stage we both agree on a final specification, time-plan and budget.
Contract & Start on Site:
As soon as the planning phase is finished it's full steam ahead with your project and you're on the way to having a beautiful basement!!
